All award nominations must be submitted no later than Friday, October 20, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. Awards will be presented to selected honorees at the 10th Anniversary of The Ebony Rose Scholarship & Awards Gala on Saturday, November 04, 2023, at 6:00 pm located at the Kansas City Convention Center, 301 West 13th Street, KCMO.
