Vendor Registration
- Tier 1 $125 + Registration Fee ($150)
- Vendor table/ 2 chairs

- One ticket to attend the Gala
- Tier 3 $325 + Registration Fee ($150)

Registration Cost: $150 per table
Vendor registration can be completed below or the form may be emailed to [email protected]
Note: All vendors and vending products must be pre-approved.
Vendors are asked to bring their own meals or purchase a gala ticket for dinner.
Gala tickets are $125.
If you decide this, please purchase your ticket in advance.
Once you receive confirmation of approval, registration payment may be submitted below or by PayPal at paypal.me/NCBWKC.

Vendor form and payment must be received no later than Friday October 20th, 2023, at 11:59 p.m.
Vendor Setup
Vendor Setup Time: As early as 3:00PM, No later than 4PM (1 hour for setup)
NCBW-KC will provide a 6-8ft table and two chairs.
The table will be reserved with your organization’s name.
Please bring your own table decorations, tablecloth, etc.
Due to limited space, no more than two vendor representatives are allowed per table.
