The purpose of the conference is to Empower, Uplift, Educate and Elevate together. The conference is an example of NCBW’s commitment to enhancing the lives of Black Women and Girls in Kansas City. The goal of the conference is to provide the community with an avenue to connect, learn and network with others from across the Kansas City area. This conference not only benefits women and girls directly, but also the community by providing a venue to discuss issues and provide solutions. Conference workshops include education, access to employment certification and interactive training sessions and so much more. The event will provide a forum for exchanging ideas, personal development and sharing information and resources. The event requires registration. Breakfast and lunch are provided for all attendees and program participants.
